• Is this a scam?

• I do not live in the USA - can I still use this?
  Yes. The internet is world-wide and therefore you can work from anywhere in the world. The only tools you need is a computer and an internet connection. 

• I am new to reselling digital products online - can you guide me?
  Most definitely yes. Resellers-Heaven has been designed for experts and novices alike. We have tons of training material to help you build a successful digital empire.

• What payment methods do you accept? 
  We accept all major cards, eChecks and bank wire transfer via PayPal.com.

• Is my payment safe? 
  Yes. All payments are processed with PayPal via a SSL connection. This basically means that the payment page is secure, which can be confirmed by viewing the URL of the order page, which will show in the address bar as "https://".

• Do you offer alternative payments than PayPal ? 
  Yes, you can purchase using Google Checkout by clicking here.

• Do you offer a refund if dissatisfied?
  Yes. We offer a full 30 Day money back guarantee. Terms & Conditions apply. 

• Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
  Yes. You can cancel at anytime. For example, if you purchase a one month subscription, and cancel the following day, you will still receive one month access to Resellers-Heaven.

• Is there a cancellation fee?
  No. Cancellations do not incurr any fee. 

• How can I cancel my subscription?
  You can achieve this by logging into your PayPal account; select your PayPal history, select advanced search; enter our PayPal email address: paypal@seanclarkenterprise.com; select the transaction, and select "cancel subscription". 

• Are there additional charges/hidden fees?
  No. Your monthly/annual payment is all you are required to pay in order to download all of existing and future digital products.

• How many times a week do you add new products?
  We try to add at least 5 valuable new digital products, such as eBooks, software, videos or scripts, every week. 

• Do I need specific software to download these eBooks? 
  Yes. We will provide this software to you free of charge.

• Is there a limitation as to how many digital products I can download?
  Absolutely not. You can download our entire database and future editions. There are no limitations. 

• Do you offer a trial account?
  Yes, we offer a 30-Day Free Trial. 

• What is Resale Rights? 
  If you do not have your own product to sell, the easiest way to get started online is by acquiring reseller rights for good software and ebook products. Once you have secured these reseller rights, you may resell these products as you own and keep 100% of the profits!

• What are Master Resale Rights?  (MRR)
  Not only can sell these products as your own, you can sell the resell rights onto other clients, and make even more money!

• What are Private Label Rights? (PLR)
  This is one of the best type of resell rights you could have for a quality digital product. You can sell the product on its own; you can sell the product and the resale rights to the product for even more money; and you can brand the product as your very own!!

• Do you offer discounts?

General Questions

• How long will it take for my website to be designed?
  We aim to have your website designed within a 2-14 days. However, as many people would like their new store up and running within 2 business days, we have decided to employ a freelancer who will design your site within 48 hours. You can use this service by purchasing the "Priority Rush Design" service via your account. This service has a one time fee of $47 and is completely optional.

• What instructions will be sent to me?
  Once your site is ready, we will email you, providing you with instructions on how to access your sites admin panel andyour email account.

• Where can I get digital products to add to my site?
  You can get all of your high in demand products via Resellers-Heaven Directory using two methods. 1. Monthly Sync: This will allow you to import all the products from Resellers-Heaven to your ADE Store with the touch of the button. 2. Membership: You can join Resellers-Heaven free for 30 days, and add these products manually. However, you will then be charged $27 per month, until you choose to unsubscribe. Therefore, to save time & money we recommend using the Monthly Sync option. We will list additional sources as where to find more digital products in which to resell.

• What is the $97 payment for if the automated digital store is free?
  This payment is for your web hosting account and domain name. We are not a web hosting company. Furthermore, we ask that the Beta Testers pay their own web hosting fee, as this will help weed out the people who are not willing to dedicate themselves to the ADE System.

Questions About The Server

• What type of server is used for my site?
  We want to ensure your site loads fast. Therefore it will be hosted on VPS Servers. 

• Do I have access to my web hosting account?
  No. We must protect our design code, and therefore cannot allow any user access to the hosting account. However, there will be no need to access your account as you can manage every design aspect you need via your admin panel. 

• Can I then choose to host the site on my already existing server?
  Unfortunately this is not possible. We must protect our design code, and therefore cannot allow any user access to the hosting account.

Questions About The Sync

• What is the Monthly Sync Fee?
  The Monthly Sync Fee, $14.99, will allow you to connect your website to Resellers-Heaven directory. This will allow you to import all the products from Resellers-Heaven to your ADE Store with the touch of the button.

• Is the Monthly Sync Fee mandatory?
  Of course not. This is an additional service, designed to help automate your ADE Store even further, allowing you more time to focus on other aspects of your new store. However, you will need to pay a one time activation fee of $27.97. This will activate the "categories" and "products" section within your admin panel, allowing you to create categories and add products to them.
  
  At your request, we will also import all of the current products within our Directory, to your site, for one time only. For example, if you paid the one time activation fee today, and we had 200 products in our directory, at your request those 200 products would be imported to your store.

• I cannot afford the additional fee of $14.99 - What are my options?
  We give all our ADE members a free 30-day account to Resellers-Heaven directory. You can manually download these products from the directory and write down their descriptions, so as to upload via your new ADE Store. This is quite tedious & time consuming, so we do recommend the Monthly Sync.

• Why do you give everything for free but charge me for the sync?
  We add approximately 40 new high quality products to your store every month. Each of these products cost anywhere from $10-$100. Once I have purchased the products, I must pay my staff to manually add these products to the directory so that you can import them to your store. The small Sync Fee helps cover these costs. Please remember, as a Beta Tester you are saving $700!

• What is your Refund Policy on the ADE Store?
  We have a 30 Day Moneyback guarantee. However, terms and conditions apply, therefore it is your responsibility to read & understand these terms and conditions.
