Directory Membership Policy
(SC Enterprise) has a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on the
following products:
- Silver Membership
- Gold Membership
- Diamond Membership
A "no questions
asked refund" is available on the above products,
provided you have not downloaded more than one digital
product(s) from within Resellers-Heaven. If you have
downloaded more than one digital product(s) via
Resellers-Heaven, you will not qualify for our 30 Day
Money Back Guarantee; a refund, and/or partial refund, will
not be issued.

Empire Refund Policy
The payment of $97 is composed of two services: the web hosting plan and domain name. The yearly domain fee is non refundable by the web hosting company. The annual webhosting fee of $86 has a 30 Day Full Moneyback Guarantee, under the following terms and conditions:
- Your ADE Store has not yet been created/designed
If your ADE Store has been designed you are not eligible for a full refund. You will be eligable for a 50% Refund of $43. The remaining $54 is non-refundable.
Resellers-Heaven Sync Services
The Annual Sync, Monthly Sync Service of $14.99 and the one time sync of $27.97 is non-refundable.
Note, cancelling your Monthly
Sync will "sever" your web sites
connection to Resellers-Heaven, in which your site will no
longer be automatically updated with new products.
For
security reasons we cannot cancel any subscription
to Resellers-Heaven on behalf of the client. You must
complete this task via your PayPal account.
- If you did not
purchase via PayPal, we require that you write
to us requesting a cancellation. Your letter
must include your full name, email address, and
transaction details. You must date and sign it
this letter and fax it to 001-631-460-7283.

- You must
complete the above no later than 7 days prior to
your renewal date. If you fail to cancel your
subscription within the stated timeframe we are
not liable to issue a refund.

There are
no cancellation fees or hidden charges. We reserve the
right to reject a refund request for any reason we see
fit. For example, abuse of website content or emails.
Resellers-Heaven reserves the right to add to or change
the terms of this Refund Policy. It is your responsibility
to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing
Resellers-Heaven. |
